Hello December!

I can't believe how fast the time passes. A moment ago I was sitting on a hammock and eating vanilla ice cream and now it's cold outside, I'm buying christmas presents and I'm baking christmas cookies. But I love winter ( christmas <3 ). It's my favourite season after fall. For me it can be autumn, winter, autumn, winter, autumn, winter and so on for all my life. I like when it's cold and I have to wear warm clothes, especially sweaters. I love drinking hot cocoa from my big x-mas mug while watching Home Alone or listening x-mas songs while baking gingerbreads. Don't you think that winter is magical? When it's so much snow that it's light even at night. I almost forgot to mention about skates! I don't care that I almost don't know how to skate. When I was little I loved christmas only because of presents and Santa. Now i appreciate time, family, atmosphere and food of course ;D. And I have no idea how it's possible to not love christmas and winter. Really. I want to write about one more thing. Today I'm going to start December Photo Challenge. Everyday I will make a photo of something that's on the list. And I will share it on my Instagram or maybe even here. Join me if you want to ! And Happy December <3

About yoga.

I can't describe yoga with one word. It's relaxation. Breath, precision, strength, flexibility, happiness, health... Strong and healthy body and mind.
Few years ago I wanted to go for yoga classes. And here I am. Twice a week, for 1.5 hour. Building strenght, flexibility, confidence and freedom. I think everybody knows what yoga is. But there are different types of it. I practice Hatha Yoga. It's a kind of yoga focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures - that's what Wikipedia says. Yoga is good for everyone and for everything. It helps to lose weight, build strong muscles, become more flexible. It improves our health. For example: it's good for headache, people with depression, improves heartbeat, digestion, speeds up the metabolism, helps to treat and cure various diseases and fight stress, improves mental well-being and mood and much more. I'm in the beginners group so I learn everything from the beginning. How to breath properly and how to do some easy asanas (positions). With time I will get to know more and I will can do more. You can't learn yoga in one month, It takes time.
Yoga taught me to be good for myself. So do something for yourself too. Start from little things. I belive that people can do a lot if they really want. But there are some conditions. At first you can't be lazy. Second is that you can't give up. Third is to belive in your capabilities. Fourth is to not to care what other people think. Five is to be patient. Every hard thing needs time. Nothing comes easy. It's nice to know that you achieved something. And remember: if you're getting stronger physically then you're getting stronger mentally.

My first experience with real meditation.

So after a month long break of writing i decided to come back here. Why? Because i want. That's all. And today i've got something completely new, i think. Tibetan gongs and singing bowl. This year i wanted to go for yoga classes. And i did. Yesterday i was there for one hour meditation with Tibetan gongs. Some people are relaxed while this meditation, some are sleeping and some of them want to leave the class because it's annoying for them. Everybody reacts different. What about me? I wasn't sleeping. I was thinking about everything. I had some weird "visions". After that i was sleepy and a little bit weak but in my opinion it's because i was laying for an hour under my blanket. Some of these instruments were like quiet sound of the sea and some were too high-pitched for me. The woman who played the gongs  was sometimes singing. I can't tell you that i felt good or bad. It was something new for me. I wasn't very relaxed because i'm ill and i have a runny nose and sore throat so it was annoying. But I would recommend this form of meditation. It was great experience and i will go there again to see if i will feel the same or maybe better. I think we should be open for new things, especially those related to self-improvement. It's music therapy, it gets rid of negative feelings and it helps us to become better person.

End of the summer.

Autumn is so near. I love this season the most! But that's not the point of this note :D. In my first post i wrote that this blog is a homework for English classes. Tomorrow i'm going to go to school, holidays will end and will my blog ends too? I don't know. Maybe in rainy days in autumn, cold days in winter, bright days in spring and hot days in summer I will be bored or i will just have a need to write something, I will write it here. I won't delete this blog. And what about this summer? It was like always. Staying at home almost all the time with computer and books, bike riding, shopping, meeting some friends and stuff like that. And one week at the seaside of course, like every year. Am i happy that i'm going back to school? It depends. I'll meet my friends, that's a good thing. I will have a lots of extended lessons, that's not good. So I hope this school year will be awesome to me. And i hope that i won't commit a suicide because of 4 math lessons a week :D See you someday! ;) And sorry for all my mistakes in posts ^_^

I bet you look good on the dancefloor.

Since I started listening to K-pop I started to like dancing. Korean bands almost in every music video have a dance choreography. Sometimes it's very simple and sometimes incredibly difficult. When i don't want to do workout but i want to do something then I dance. For few hours. I learn some dance choreographies of my favourite songs. I really love this but my room is too small to dance there for real. And now i have a chance to go to dance workshops which will be from tomorrow in my town. When I was a kid i always wanted to be a dancer but then i stopped thinking about that. I have no idea if  i have although a pinch of talent but i don't care about this. I'll go there because it's fun. This workshops are only for week so we have not much time to learn a complicated choreography. Now i'll show you some of my favourite k-pop dance choreographies.

Exo - Growl  It was easier than I thought. I've already tried to dance to that song and it wasn't very bad. They always have great choreographies. You can watch Wolf or Mama, it's awesome.
SHINee - Lucifer It's one of the first songs i've heard. I want to dance like this guy in striped blouse. Year ago i knew almost all the dance moves to their song "Hello".
Wonder Girls - Like this When i hear this i just want to get up and dance.
f(x) - Nu abo Simple and catchy.
B.A.P - Power Like the title says, it's powerful. I like to listen it while running too.

Wish me luck tomorrow ! ;)
And the title of the post is a song by Arctic Monkeys.

Things to do before I die.

Do you remember when you want to do something but suddenly you find an excuse or find out it's to hard? And you thought that you would do this tomorrow, day after tomorrow... It can't wait too long because you can be dead in 5 seconds, honestly, we don't know what's going to happen in the next hour or 20 years. And what about your plans and dreams for the future? Have you ever made a list of things you really want to do in your life? My list is veeeryyy long. We only live once. So here are a few points from my list:

1. Move to Sout Korea.
2. Speak in 5 languages. ( I want to speak Japanese, Chinese, Korean, English an Thai )
3. Visit all the locations where my favourite movies were filmed and take a picture.
4. Own a coffee shop.
5. Travel the world.
6. Ask Tao from Exo to teach me martial arts.
7. Donate blood.
8. Dye my hair pink.
9. Eat kimchi with my Korean boyfriend in Seoul.
10. Have tea with Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys.
11. Write a book and dedicate it to my parents.
12. Get a tattoo done by Kat Von D.
13. Hug Kai from Exo and tell him that he's the sexiest Korean i've ever seen.
14. Sleep under the stars.
15. Walk on the great wall of China.
16. Attach a lock to a love bridge.
17. Try every flavor of fudges.
18. Be a barista.
19. Take part in a marathon race.
20. Become a fitness trainer of someone famous in Korea.

It's just a small part of my list but i would have to spend all day writing on my laptop. Do you have your own "Before i die" list?  If no, make one. It's not that easy as it seems to be. And with time you will create new things and write them to the list. Good luck with your dream list!

And a song for today ;)

EXO.

I almost forget to write a post this week! Thank God i've just reminded myself about this. I don't have idea for topic so i'll write about my favourite K-pop band for now (because i change my mind all the time). It's EXO. There are 12 members in the band. Wait. What? 12? Really? How can we remember them? But calm down. Exo is consists of two groups. Exo-K which is Korean group and Exo-M which is Chinese (it means that they sing in Chinese and most of members are from China). So i've got good news, you don't have to remember them all at the same time. Let me introduce Exo-K first.

From the left: Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Kai (my favourite), Suho, Sehun and D.O.
And now Exo-M.

From the left: Kris, Lay, Luhan, Xiumin, Chen and Tao.

Korean-Chinese band produced by S.M. Entertainment. They were formed in 2011 in Seoul in South Korea. Their name was taken from exoplanet and their fans are called Exotics. They debut music video was Mama from EP with the same title. Few months ago they came back with new song Wolf. Every Exotic was waiting very long time for their comeback so it was huge event when they realise this song and first album "XOXO". Growl it's new follow-up single which was realised 31 July this year. They have  a lot of fans not only in Korea but all over the world and the number of Exotics is still growing up. If you want to now more about Exo just go google it :D I will leave you with some pictures of my favourite members (but i love them all of course).

Tao (Exo-M)

Xiumin and Luhan (Exo-M)

Suho (Exo-K)

Lay (Exo-M)

Kai *.* (Exo-K) I love him,

Only raw food?

Tomorrow i'm going to try raw foodism. It's raw food vegan diet where you can eat only uncooked or unprocessed food. It means that i will eat tomorrow only fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts. There are different types of this diet even including meat or milk. But i want try this more restrictive. I think it could be very interesting experience. The types of this diet are: raw veganism, raw vegetarianism and raw animal food diets. If you want know more you can visit this profile on you tube. There are many of this kind of videos there. I was shocked that from raw food you can make so many different dishes, there are many recipes in the Internet. I was a vegan for one week and i would want to try raw food diet for week too but for now i want to see how i will feel after one day. Maybe someday i'll try to eat that way for a week. I bet that you think that I'm crazy. But i think it's healthy and fun. Of course raw diet can be very dangerous if you do this wrong. And now if you think that it's wierd i must tell you that there are people in the world who are fruitarians! It's similiar to raw foodism but some of them eat only fruits or veggies that can be harvest without killing or harming the plant. Shocked? I've got more. Liquidarian diet (liquidarianism). It's raw food diet in the form of juice. There are even people who eat only sprouts! If you thought that vegetarianism is hard then what would you say for raw diet?

I don't even have an idea for the title.

Today it's a really boring day. I've got strenght only to eat and breath. So to fill the time i'll write post about new songs on MTV Rocks. I don't want to think about something serious, it's too hot. Right now i'm lying on the floor in my room, i'm drinking iced coffee and eating delicious apple pie, believe me, it's very boring. Let's start my own MTV Rocks TOP 16 list.

1.Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know This song is still in my mind. I can hear it all the time. It's obvious that it's number one on this list. I think i'll write post only about AM someday.

2.Tom Odell - Another Love I have no idea why i didn't hear this song few weeks ago. It has some magic and it brings a beautiful atmosphere when i listen to it.

3.Miles Kane - Taking Over I love this guy. His new album is brilliant, one of the best i've ever listened to.

4.Jake Bugg - Broken He's only 2 year older than me. When i first saw him i knew that i would like his music, it was like revelation when i was looking for some new music.

5.Bullet For My Valentine - Breaking Point BFMV was my favourite band 2 years ago. I still love them but their music has changed. It's not bad but their old tune was better. And why the vocalist cut his hair? He looked more handsome with long hair. But i like this song and i regret that i missed their concert in Poland.

6.Hurts - Somebody To Die For I've already written about this song but it has to be on this list.

7.Imagine Dragons - It's Time I think most of you know this song. I was listening it for too long and now it's kind of boring but still awesome.

8.CHVRCHES - Gun The vocalist has nice voice and it's fast catchy.

9.White Lies - There Goes Our Love Again The video is nice to watch and the song is good but it's not my favourite one of White Lies.

10.Beady Eye - Shine A Light I love the style of their music but the song don't amazes me.

11.Panic! At The Disco - Miss Jackson It's great song but it reminds me new Fall Out Boy. Listen to both songs because maybe i'm wrong. I hear familiar music and their voices are familiar too. It's weird. At first i thought that it was FOB because i didn't see the video.

12.MS MR - Think Of You I'm listening to this song first time now and i like it.

13.Phoenix - Trying To Be Cool Next great video.

14.Swim Deep - King City Nice song when you want to switch on the radio while cleaning your room. But it's nothing special.

15.Foals - Bad Habit I admit that I don't like Foals but it's not bad song.

16.Professor Green - Are you Getting Enough? ( ft. Miles Kane ) Sorry Miles but i hate this song. Everytime when i see this video on TV i switch to another channel. That's why it's the last on my list.

So that's all for today. When i'll be bored tomorrow i'll write another post about nothing.

Piercing.

Do you think that normally pierced ears are boring? I do think. But don't worry, you can have more piercings than you think. My plan for the future is to have 20 piercings. Not only in ears of course. For now i've got 8.

In right ear i've got Standard Lobe, 2 Upper Lobes and my favourite Industrial. This photo was taken 2 hours after piercing an Industrial.

And this is my left ear. 1 Standard Lobe, 1 Upper Lobe, Tragus (near the Eiffel Tower, on the left) and Snug.

In the next few months I want to get another piercings.

1. I want Vertical Tragus in right ear.

2. Next will be Conch in my left ear.

3. Small tunnel in one ear.

4. Nape Piercing.

Of course i want more but i don't know where. For now I'm sure that i'll have these 4 piercings.
Sometimes people ask me a very stupid question if piercing hurts. OF COURSE. There's no anesthesia and the needle is very thick so it's clear that it's painful. But i like this pain. The effects are amazing.
I've had some problems with one of my piercing (snug), it was very thick layer to pierce and it's didn't want to heal easily but now it's fine. My industrial is still healing. When you've got that piercing you need to take care of it. You need to clean it everyday, eat healthy, don't drink alcohol, take drugs, smoke, take warm baths or soak it in the lake or in the swimming pool and be careful to don't hurt it because it's a wound. It has to be completely healed but even if you're doing everything in the right way there's still a possibility of catching an infection which is very dangerous. So be careful !
Next time i'll write about tattoos. See you !

Seaside.

Tomorrow I'm going to the seaside with my mom. I'll be back on Friday next week. I need to pack my things so i'll write short post about... nothing. I have no idea what write now. From few hours i'm thinking only about things that i have to take with me on holiday. I've got feeling that i forget something. Even if i checked my list and i packed everything i know that in the morning when i will be on the way to Władysławowo i'll remind myself about something that i didn't take. I hate it. And I always think that i'll miss the train or bus. Or i won't get off the bus on time or i forget my luggage. I'm very stressed about traveling but i still love to travel. Especially very far away. Maybe Władysławowo isn't that far from my hometown but i love going there on holiday. My aunt lives near this town so when i was little i was spending there some time every summer. This place reminds me of old times. So this week I will be workout on the beach, walk near the sea, ride a bike and eat waffles and ice cream. I love sweets and if someone ask me to pick my favourite thing  i would pick ice cream. But nevermind, I'm going to pack the rest of the stuff. See you next week.

I've got some songs for you ;)

The Kooks - Seaside - I love this song. And it fits to this post. ^^
2ne1 - Falling in love - It's a new song of K-pop girlsband. Perfect for summer and vacation.
J-Min - Stand up - It's a song from Korean drama that i watch everyday this week, it's so addictive (both drama and song ;3)
Arctic Monkeys - Do i wanna know - I can't stop listening to this song from few days.
Hurts - Somebody to die for - I don't know how to describe this song. It's amazing.
Henry - Trap - My next K-pop addiction.

The thing that makes me happy.

2 kilometers left! Let's go! You can do this! You've burned 200 calories already! Let's burn another 200! 100 crunches, 50 push ups! More! And that's repeat everyday, everyday, everyday.... But i love it. Sweat, pain, almost heart attack and proud. Few months ago i started to do workout regularly. I thought that stopped do that after 2 weeks but it's my next addiction. Fitness, running, dancing, bike cycling, walking, pilates, yoga, crossfit, anything. There is only one type of sport i don't like. Team games. I hate play volleyball, basketball and so on. At first it was 30 minutes of horror, 3 times a week. I couldn't wait till the end. Then i started to workout 4 times and more. And more than 30 minutes. Now i do this 6 times a week and training time depends on the type of exercises. If i do pilates or yoga it takes 1,5 - 2 hours. If i do something more tiring as running, cardio or mixed exercises it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. And even if in the middle of training i think i can't do more, in the end i'm proud of myself that i finished my workout. But people who say that i don't have to workout because i'm not fat are annoying. I do this because i like. It's healthy and fun. The way my body will looks like after trainings is a different thing. In my opinion nice body is a side effect. So if you're sitting right now on sofa, get up, do the warm up and do some exercises. The feeling when you'll finish will be amazing. And remember, you can do more than you think.

The best day in my life.

Crowds of people, great concerts, delicious food, thousands liters of beer, parties and many more. Do you guess what i'm talking about? Festivals! This year i had a chance to take part in one of the biggest festivals in Poland: Open'er Festival. I was there only for one day but now i'm saving money for the next one, this time for all four days.

Open'er was really huge, i was tired after seeing half the things that were there. I can't even imagine how huge the Glastonbury Festival is. But anyway i'll start from beginning. I had to take the bus to Gdynia from my town. Then there were buses which were riding from the centre of Gdynia to Gdynia-Kosakowo (airport) all the time. At the festival we had to pay in different currency ( 1 coupon = 3 złoty ). I think that the food, drink, clothes, CDs were a little bit too expensive but it's normal in my country. People who wanted to stay there for few days could sleep in tents at the campsite which was very large. The food we could bought there was delicious. Sushi, Thai food, any kind of meat, a lot of vegetarian and vegan meals, sweets, bio food, coffee, beer and bubble tea. There were a few scenes and at one of them my favourite band have played the best concert i've ever seen. It was Arctic Monkeys. There's no words which can describe the feeling you've got when you see your favourite band. Like i said in the tittle: the best day in my life ( specially 1,5 hour of Artcic Monkeys perfornamce ;) ). If someone doesn't like this kind of music he can go to live performance on the other stage, dance in big tents, buy some nice things, even make a tattoo or make new friends with people from all over the world. I can't wait to go back there next year.

Vegetarianism.

Chicken chops, beef, pork chops, fish, hamburgers, salami, ham, chicken wings, chicken soup, porridge, kebab. What are you thinking about now? "Delicious", "yummy", "I'm hungy", "maybe KFC tonight"? I'll tell you what i am thinking now. Pain, blood, death, suffering, innocence. I'm a vegetarian and i won't eat meat never again. Did you know that humans are herbivores? Our body is adapted to eat plants not other living creatures. And what's better? The fact is, we don't need meat. All we need is in vegetables, fruits etc. I feel better physically and mentally since i didn't have dead animals in my mouth. Sometimes i ask myself why people kill animals and eat them. Why they don't do the same to other people? I believe that i choose better way, for animals, nature and my healt. I'm proud of that because i know animals aren't killed for my cravings. What do you think about that? Is it good way of eating in your opinion?

My biggest dream and addiction.

I'm not going to write only once a week. I love write blogs. So today i'll tell you something about my biggest dream. You'll never guess what is it. I want to... move to South Korea! Why? I have no idea.
About a year ago my best friend showed me Korean pop music. When i saw it, i was like: "What the hell is it?! These boys look like girls, they are all the same. How can you listen to this terrible music?". I was shocked that someone can like it. Groups of boys or girls singing strange happy songs, dancing and smiling. It was very unnatural and stupid for me. And guess what happend next. I became a huge fan of K-Pop. Don't ask me why. It just happened. Now i'm addicted to everything what's Korean. And here i want to warn you that you can get addicted too :D Anyway, i started to watch Korean shows, serials called k-dramas and even learn Korean language.

Now you know my biggest dream ever. I want to go to South Korea, learn Korean, find Korean boyfriend, eat Korean food and just live there forever. But it's not all. Japan and China are awesome too! I learn Korean, Japanese and a little bit of Chinese by myself at home.

And what's the most funny thing? People's reactions when they find out that i love Asian music, culture and i learn Asian languages. They are always very surprised because for me it's normal and they don't have contact with this everyday. But there is one thing that's really annoying. When someone calls all Asians Chinese. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, Filipino and many other people are living there.
And now it's time to explain what the name of my blog means. So, let's start your first Korean lesson.
Gwiyeoun - it's a form from Gwiyomi what means "cute"
Dwaeji tokki - it comes from k-drama "You're beautiful". The main character got a soft toy. It was... pig rabbit! So dwaeji tokki means pig rabbit. I know. Cute pig rabbit it's not very clever but i won't change it. :D In Korean it looks like this: 돼지토끼.

And the last thing today. Sushi! I went to sushi restaurant after school today with my friends Dominika and Lusia. It was so delicious! But it wasn't normal sushi because i'm a... vegetarian. I'll write about this next time. Of course i ate real sushi with raw fish few times before i became vegetarian. Anyway i took picture of my meal for you ;)

Can English homework be fun?

Imagine. You're sitting in the classroom, it's extremely hot outside and your English teacher is telling you that she has a homework for you. It would be alright but... it's almost summer, last week of school. What normal student do his homework on holiday? Yeah, me. My homework is about writing a blog all summer. But i'll start from the beginning. My name is Klaudia, i'm 16 and i'm living in Poland. I created this blog as English homework for my high school. I have to write at least 1 post in every week of summer. I don't think about this like of something i need to do. For me it's an interesting experience  and maybe my holiday won't be so boring. Of course i will practise my English and i'm sorry for the mistakes which I would definitely do. I suspect that i've made many of them already but i hope that you'll understand me. I'm going to write about everything and anything. Starting from my dreams and ending with my daily life. And the question from the title. Canenglish homework be fun? Yes, surely.
